Step Four- Building the Team. Medical-Legal finding and negotiating the best fees for the service you need provided by the top professionals in the industry. 

Step Five- Preliminary Testing both Intended Parents and Surrogate 

Step Six- Completing Contract 

Step Seven- Making a baby! 

Step Eight- Pregnancy, OB appointments, Agency overseeing Contract being upheld 

Step Nine- Pre-Birth Order and communication with Hospital Social Worker as to the Surrogacy Arrangements and Pre-Birth Order rights of the Intended Parents 

Step Ten- Birth!
